Year End Support (Flex Time)

2011 Year End Support Schedule

As is customary each year, Digital I/O will be on flex time from Monday, December 26th until Tuesday, January 3rd (Monday, January 2nd is a holiday) so that our staff may spend more time with their families.

Technical support during this time is available in accordance with each client’s Managed Services Agreement. If you do not have a support agreement and are interested in the advantages of priority contract suppoort, please email info@digitalio.com.

Flex Time at Digital I/O means that we do not have fixed office hours. Thus, individuals may be more dificult to find at their extensions over the year end. However, our support structure is completely in place when needed, and emails to helpdesk@digitalio.com will be attended to promptly.

Clients who require support during this time please email helpdesk@digitalio.com. If no access to email is available, dial (619) 423-4433 and follow the instructions for emergency support.
