Digital I/O LLC offers a range of flexible support plans, benefiting our clients by allowing them to budget a set monthly amount that covers all remote (and some onsite) support.
As a Support Plan client, you will benefit from our highly trained and friendly staff, who will assist in resolving day to day issues.
Depending on each client’s needs, support plans include unlimited 5×8 remote support, remote server monitoring as well as operating systems and security software updates. Assistance includes e-mail issues, printing, connectivity, systems updates, and firewall configuration and maintenance (if applicable).
Many issues can be resolved remotely, however onsite support time can be added to all plans, at a significant discount.
